Electric vehicles are the future, but the cost of charging is a growing barrier for many people.

While home charging is affordable, over 9 million households in the UK can’t access it, as they don't have off-street parking. They are forced to rely on the public charging network, which can cost significantly more than petrol or diesel.

That’s not just frustrating, it’s slowing down the transition to EVs. If we want to reach our Net Zero targets, we need to make EV adoption easy, fair, and cost-effective for everyone.

We created The Charge Scheme to fix this.

It’s the UK’s first and only solution that lets employees use salary sacrifice to cover the cost of EV charging — whether at home, at work, or in public. That means instant savings of 20–50% on their charging costs, taken directly from their gross salary.

This bolt-on benefit works with any existing EV salary sacrifice or company car scheme. There is no need to change providers or start from scratch.
